We design fabricate and rent props and will deliver and install at your site.
Our large studio holds an extensive inventory of unique and original theme based decorations and scenery for special events, trade shows, photography, video, and film.
We work with event planners providing actors, entertainment, catering, florals or whatever you may need for your event.

Terms of Service; Props are listed by theme. Not everything is listed and prices are subject to change. Please contact me for a quote on a specific item or package. If you are looking for something specific, ask me, I may have it or can create or acquire it for you. We will deliver, install and return a decor package for you, or we can arrange for you to pick up and return. Prices listed are FOB Oakland, based on a one to three day rental. Weekly or monthly rentals are also available. Some items are available for purchase. Most orders are priced on a package basis including trucking and labor costs. Vendor discounts are available and a 50% deposit is required to confirm orders. All orders are payable in full upon delivery. Renter is responsible for return of items in good condition or to reimburse for replacement or repair of lost or damaged items.
